Model EX100 track roller is a heavy-duty undercarriage support component designed for 20-30t class crawler excavators and bulldozers (including Komatsu PC200 and Caterpillar D6 models).

• Wheel Body: Forged 42CrMo alloy steel, tempered (HRC50-55) with induction-hardened rim (3-5mm depth, HRC58-62)
• Bearing Options: High-strength bronze bushing (CuZn25Al6) or tapered roller bearings (NTN/SKF, ≥80% grease-filled)
• Seals: Dual-lipped floating oil seals (NBR rubber + alloy steel ring), IP68-rated against dust/water ingress
• Lubrication: Standard 1/8" NPT grease fitting (NLGI Grade 2 lithium grease recommended)

• Reinforced rim thickness (≥25mm per side) with optional tungsten carbide overlay (HRC60+)
• Internal direct oil passage for even grease distribution
• Phosphating + anti-rust oil coating (electro-galvanizing available on request)

• Service Life: ≥6,000 hours (normal earthwork) or ≥4,000 hours (mining/rock applications)
• Wear Resistance: Rim wear rate ≤0.1mm/100 hours (SAE J1995 standard)
• Seal Integrity: No leakage after 500 hours in muddy/water-submerged environments

• Mounting Torque: 240±10 N*m (thread locker recommended)
• Grease Pressure: ≤500 kPa to avoid seal damage
• Lubrication Interval: Every 250 hours (heavy-duty) or 500 hours (normal-duty, 120ml per lubrication)
• Replacement Indicators: Rim thickness ≤18mm, axial play >2mm, or grease leakage >5g/24h
