Model EX100 Track Roller is an undercarriage support roller designed for crawler machinery, compatible with 20-30t class crawler excavators and bulldozers (e.g., Komatsu PC200, Caterpillar D6).

• Wheel Body: Forged 42CrMo alloy steel, tempered (HRC50-55), with induction-hardened rim (3-5mm depth, HRC58-62)
• Bushing/Bearing: High-strength bronze bushing (CuZn25Al6) with self-lubricating grooves or tapered roller bearings (NTN/SKF, ≥80% grease-filled)
• Seals: Dual-lipped floating oil seals (NBR rubber + alloy steel ring), IP68-rated against dust/water ingress
• Lubrication: Standard 1/8" NPT grease fitting (NLGI Grade 2 lithium grease recommended)

• Reinforced thickness (≥25mm per side), optional tungsten carbide overlay (HRC60+)
• Internal direct oil passage for even grease distribution
• Phosphating + anti-rust oil coating (electro-galvanizing available on request)

• Service Life: ≥6,000 hours (normal conditions), ≥4,000 hours (harsh conditions)
• Wear Resistance: Rim wear rate ≤0.1mm/100 hours (SAE J1995 standard)
• Seal Integrity: No leakage after 500 hours in muddy/water-submerged environments

• Torque Requirements: Mounting bolts: 240±10 N*m (thread locker recommended)
• Lubrication Interval: Every 250 hours (heavy-duty), every 500 hours (normal-duty)
• Replacement Criteria: Rim thickness ≤18mm, axial play >2mm, grease leakage >5g/24h

Recommended for earthmoving, quarrying, and wetland operations. Compatible with 500-600mm width, 2- or 3-grouser track shoes. Interchangeable with equivalent rollers from Shantui, XCMG, etc.
